The last week has been a hectic and stressful one but at last things are calming down. Lina and I decided to move house AGAIN and try to find a place for just the two of us.. and because Lina is away i went flathunting solo. I don't know how many of you have had to look for a place to live in london but if you have you know what i mean when i say that it is not exactly the most fun thing to do, in fact, it's probably the most annoying, disappointing and time-consuming activity you will find. But, in the end, i did find a place and it is in fact very lovely.. there were some complications bcause the landlords here require all kinds of references and bankstatements and proof of income and all kinds of things that neither Lina nor i have.. but i collected everything i could get, switched on serious and responsible Eva, turned my charm to max and voilla - the flat is ours and I'm moving in today.. hopefully for the last time for a while!
